About me
I was born in Germany, in a city called Stuttgart, and I am of Ghanaian and Egyptian descent. My formative years were spent in Ghana, where I also completed my high school education. Seeking further academic opportunities, I moved to the United States after high school. My initial destination was New Jersey, where I attended Bloomfield College and later transferred to Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a focus in Healthcare Management in 2012.
Upon graduation, I secured a position in Corpus Christi as a Safety Coordinator for Momento. In this role, I managed personnel and trained staff in safety techniques for operating heavy machinery, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
In 2017, I returned to Ghana to work as a Health Promotion Specialist for the Alliance for African Women Initiative (AFAWI), a non-governmental organization. In addition to this role, I founded a company that regulates parking and manufactures street signs, which continues to operate successfully.
Driven by a passion for helping others, I recently decided to further my education in Public Health, with a focus on education and promotion. My ultimate goal is to establish an organization that empowers individuals and communities to achieve optimal well-being through education, advocacy, and innovative health initiatives.
My diverse background and professional experiences reflect my dedication to improving health outcomes and my commitment to making a positive impact on society.
